1-on-1 Coaching (Train at Thrive)
You, me, and a program designed just for you.
Whether you’re a high performer getting back on track, a former athlete rebuilding strength, or someone training around injury — we’ll work together with precision.
Everything is tailored: mobility, strength, power, conditioning, recovery. This is the most personalized coaching experience I offer.
Small Group Coaching (2–4 People)
Not group classes. Small-group coaching.
You still get a personalized program — but with the energy, camaraderie, and shared intensity of a few like-minded clients training alongside you.
Small groups are capped so I can coach every person with detail and intent.

Online Coaching (Fully Remote)
You don’t need to train at Thrive to be coached at this level.
My online clients get:
• Fully customized programming (strength, mobility, conditioning)
• Weekly check-ins + real-time support
• Unlimited access to me — no bots, no PDFs, no fluff
