Who it's for

You hold a standard in the rest of your life. Your body should match it.

Your work, your family, the things you're responsible for.

Some have trained for years. Some have never touched a barbell. What matters is whether you'll run a system.

Sixty minutes. We train.

Not a sales pitch. Not a consult where someone writes on a clipboard while you stand there.

The first six minutes we talk. What you're after, what's gotten in the way, what your week actually looks like.

Then we train. It starts with a mobility warm up, which is also how I read your mobility.

Then a full session: some power, a squat, a hinge, a push, a pull, a carry, some core.

While you train, I'm reading your body.

How your squat looks under load. What the left side does that the right side doesn't. Where you compensate. What's weak that shouldn't be. Whether anything hurts.

At the end I'll tell you what I saw and what I'd do about it. Then you decide. And if I don't think I can get you where you want to go, I'll tell you that instead.

I don't write your program on day one.

Most coaches hand you twelve weeks the moment you sign.
It looks impressive and it's mostly guessing.

Your first four weeks are me finding out how your body actually works.

Which rep ranges you respond to.
How much volume you can recover from. How you handle load.
Whether you do better pushed hard or pushed steady.
Where the imbalances are and how quickly they move.

Every decision gets explained to you as I make it.

Then I write your program.

“Over the past 5 years, I've tried bootcamps, group classes, gyms, and class passes, only to find the same struggle of inconsistency and little gains.”

Twelve week seasons. Three blocks. Nothing random.

Each season runs twelve weeks, split into three four week blocks.

Each block has a job.

Nothing gets repeated without a reason and nothing changes without one either.

At the start of a season we set your KPIs together. Not goals in the vague sense. Numbers we can measure and will.

They get tracked week by week. When you hit a PR it gets flagged. At week twelve everything gets retested, and you see exactly what moved and what didn't.

“We fixed a bunch weak links and old injuries along the way instead of working around them. Every workout actually builds on the last one. You keep getting stronger without hurting yourself.”

Elvaneli R. · four months in

Strength is easy to measure. Most of what matters isn't.

Anyone can tell you your bench went up. Here's what else gets tracked, depending on what you're after.

Strength

Squat, deadlift and bench three or five rep maxes. Trap bar. Weighted chin ups, or reps at bodyweight once you're past your first.

Power

Box jump height. Broad jump distance. The stuff that goes first and quietest as you get older.

Durability

Chin over bar hold. Farmer carry at bodyweight for distance. Hanging time. Copenhagen planks. Back extension holds. Deep squat hold and end range positions.

Imbalance

Single leg isometric holds, timed, left against right. The gap matters more than the number.

Pain

If something hurts, we give it a score. Then we watch the score come down over the season.

I'm building your whole week, not your hour.

You get a PDF with your full program and the reasoning behind it. You also get the tracker, the same one I use with you in the studio, with your workouts already built in.

Every set. Every rep. Every weight. Every comment.

In one place.

I check the tracker every Sunday. I can see what you logged and what you didn't. There's a check in and comment section, so if the week went sideways I know before you walk in. Then we talk about it in your next session, and I adjust the following week around it.

Travelling? Hotel gym with three dumbbells and a bench?

Send me what's there and I'll scale the week to fit the equipment and the time you've got.

Questions between sessions get an answer within 24 hours.

Recurring four week membership. No contract. 30 day notice to cancel.

On the price

It's more than an hourly rate elsewhere, and it should be.

You're not paying for the hour. You're paying for the program that covers your whole week, the adjustments when your week goes sideways, and someone whose job is knowing when to push you and when to pull you back.

Most people hire a trainer for one hour a week. You hire a coach for your entire week.

The guarantee

If you don't see measurable strength, mobility or performance gains in 8 weeks, I add free sessions until you do.

Who this isn't for

If you're looking for a six week change, one off sessions when you feel like it, or a plan you follow alone, we're probably not the right fit.

If you want to get genuinely strong and stay that way, you'll like it here.

Start with a session, not a sales call.

Sixty minutes in the studio. We train, we talk, and you find out whether this is right for you.
